Piece of garbage !

At Microsoft, "you make sure that a smart guy in doing the implementation, and you - if it's not you - meet with him a lot, and you see to it that this happens."

At IBM, "they've got designers and implementers." The designer produces a spec. "That's it, he's done. And then the documents are taken by the implementers.
They just code it up."

If the implementation's not going right, the implementers will say, "We don't care, that's what it says."

And you go to the designers, and they say, " We don't care what the implementation is.
That's not our problem."

And so you end up with a piece of garbage !
